It is indeed intriguing to see so little action on SPQ it is certainly the calm before the storm for sure.  The potential is there for it to dramatically alter our lives in some sense - certainly if it were to pop like what happened to Noront or even half.

The whole investing enterprise is the strangest of the strange.  In the past I have made two mistakes first, I took my money out way too early when had I just hung in there for a couple of weeks I would have quad drupled my initial investment; then on another occassion I took it out too late when had I sold when it trippled I would have been miles ahead - instead I hung on till I get only 30% of what I invested inother words I lost 2/3 instead of gained - ouch!  So the experiences makes you consider "if it is too good to be true" it usually is.  So a healthy sense of scepticism becomes a defense mechanism - however there you have to be careful because if you become timid you fail to take the risk and make the big score!

Oh wretched man that I am - who can save me?

I guess that is why it nevertheless remains attractive......
