First Explorer at the "Ring of Fire" and presently drilling on the "BIG DADDY" Chromite/Pge's jv'd property...yet we were robbed
good evening:
i am hear for sentimental reasons because i have been an investor of spider for over 15 years.
through that time i saw SPQ DRILL OUR VAST CLAIMS in the ROF.
I REMEBER WELL the 8 % copper and many other very good drill results.
well, you can't imagion how it feels to have all these claim blocks turned over to UC.
THEY NOW HAVE 40 %
another 1.2 milloion will earn them up to 55 % that's right ! only 1.5 million.
say goodbuy to the better chunk of all that we drilled for, year after year after year.
and yes we divide the 45% with KWG
now: there still is the BIG dADDY. ...it now has become reality that FWR will have about 50% of this very fertile property. ...give or take
so i say: i own my remaining shares for sentimental reasons.
FWR and UC have better advantge on our claims and they have a better market cap per actual assets.... assets like a gold property in new brunswick and 100% owned other claims.
these facts represent the realities ...the real reason ...why my SPQ after all these years, when it is finally time to shine, lags behind.
it is heart breaking for me, after-all we were the original explores in the ROF.
many months ago i got up very day and reminded myself not to fall in love with a stock.
lucky for me. i started selling vast holdings, while buying NOT.
i still have some SPQ for sentimental reasons unlike my freind Snugs.
i beleive that it should be against the securities regulations for a junior to let go of 55% of the majority of a companies assets through an "option agreement" without having to get shareholder approval.
and secondly, i beleive that if the directors who voted for such an unbeleivable agreement (a great gift for UC) actually owned even half the shares that i have owned over the years, then they would never have done this. it would have affected their own pocket books.
these are my beleifs :)
well, no hard feelings ...were all nice guys.
i beleive the sweet spot of ownership to capitalize on a future mine rests in NOT, FWR, FNC and PRB. THIS covers everything for now. UC is a possibility going forward.
cheers ...danny
