Hello Hoov and others in discussion of R.S.
I was strongly against reverse splits - some unfortunate experiences there....although I have to say they were with large cap stocks.
Several months ago, someone I trust recommended a stock called Nordic Diamonds Ltd. (NDL). I bought some. A couple of months later. I read that the company was doing a reverse split 10 -l. Not only that , they were going to change their name . In spite of reassurances that the stock would be fine, I could not get out fast enough. I did, with a tiny profit and considered myself lucky.
Well, what happened. The new share, Western Standard Metals (WSM) has increased substantially over the last couple of months.
I then read or heard that reverse splits seem to work well with the small cap stocks. From my own experience and the two examples Hoov posted recently, I have to agree.
In the meantime, SPQ is still .04 .
What to do ?????
