Thanks John, still don't understand how can NOT on this stage come with any reasonable offer, hopefully some other Bidder will come. NI43-101 is of course very important and offer can come every day, exciting times to be in SPQ. Of course allways the best thing is to accumulate on this gifts of pullbacks.
