The "C" word

As we all know, and JD won't ley us forget, back in 2008 a share consolitation was proposed by the company and defeated by the shareholders. I was wondering how this new proposal might affect the share price, so I went back and re-visited history. As you can see below... not much happened with the share price. I'm guessing it will be much the same this time around.

Defeating the consolitation in 2008 did nothing to improve Spider's value. The share price never got back to the .07 cent level till Jan. of this year. Certainly the financial meldown of 08/09 had a negative effect but this time around I'm leaning towards acceptance. Maybe getting rid of the day traders and penny flippers will be a positive thing. Big Daddy has real value... it's not a speculative play any more so I think this may turn out to be a good thing.

I don't have a great deal of shares, so how I vote will not have much of an affect, one way or the other.

Just my thoughts on a touchy subject.
