k, excellent post! This does sum up well what others are trying to get their head around. What I am having difficutly with is what an acceptable offer may be as attempting to put a value to the combined merger company as hard to pin point. How does one value and determine a price based on what is known todate? And is there any potential value for what is NOT known? And would placing a value be dangerous to ones wealth unless it comes from and is endorsed from the BOD's. Determining an exit strategy does prove to be one of the most difficult discussions for sure!
