That NR is interesting. I hadn't seen that before, but then again, I hadn't been paying much attention to the ROF at the time that was released.
That seems to imply significantly more than $1m for the NSR. Assuming that the SP was 10 cents at the time (although I'm sure it was probably less), that's $1.5m in stock, plus $635k on the spot, plus $1m more later, if I'm reading that correctly.
Even with a lower stock price, that seems more like about $3m to RN.
Of course, that's still all irrelevant, because it's worth what a purchaser will pay for it now.
