hi , this is my first post even though i have been following the forum for a couple of years. i voted to merge.

reading that release the merger can be blocked with 35 % but cliff states that 50.1 % of the shares must be tendered for people to get 19 cents . so you can kick yourself by voting against the merger and then have cliff kick you by not buying your shares .
