My fear is that they will come back with a much higher offer for both SPQ and KWG, but it will be an all-stock offer, rather than cash. Equivalent to about 25-30 cents in Cliffs' shares. Which are tied up in the paperwork for about four weeks so they can't trade.

And in that time, their SP drops 50%, and we end up getting the equivalent of 15 cents.
