'Cliffs is a LONG WAT from 67%, or 390 Milllions shares...SO CLiffs need to get almost 300 Million additional shares in order to get their 67% supermajority...that is one hell of alot of share to get in the open market, and/or by tenring at 19 cents..'

to him, 67% is like 50.1%, no big difference
