Not only for Poynt but for 2Ya as well. They have been shopping 2Ya since November 2012 if I recall corectly. They are spending more so lets hope they start making some $$$.

From page 9 of MD&A ,

"The Company has increased the size of its development personnel to facilitate its new strategic initiatives and in particular the development and demonstration of Software Development Kits (SDK’s) for several prospective strategic opportunities."

And page 10,

This increase is specifically the result of additional business development and marketing costs to securing strategic partners for the Company’s SDK (see “Sprylogics Platform Solutions”). The Company continues to make specific and new inroads with a number of strategic opportunities, as well as marketing and branding of its consumer facing products (see “Mobile Applications”) and services. To that end, the Company is engaged in business development and sales efforts around the world with personnel to execute on these initiatives. During the period, the Company attended Barcelona for the Mobile World Congress and was an exhibitor for the first time which resulted in many interesting and new business developments.
