I am assuming 40 cents when our share structure is reduced to 11 million shares. I'm not surre how long it takes the venture exchange to modify the numbers. I would imagine all the paper work is/will be done and just an OK will need to be sent off. The receipts from the pp have until Oct 1 or so before they need to be redeemed for shares. Not sure how that works. I suppose it could happen early. Once redeemed we should be at 29 million shares or so.

If they release some good news after the Poynt deal,all things being equal, any penny increase we get translates in a 10 fold increase post consolidation. If that happens they had better follow up with more news or some profit taking is bound to happen.
