So by December 1st our value needs to reflect our market cap. At 12 million shares at 65 cents our market cap will be 7.8 million. Prior to the placement we were at 5 million. Now we have Poynt as well and 6 million $$ minus 1.5 million for Poynt thus far. So 11 million in the company prior to Dec 1st and 27 million shares at 40 cents equals 10.8 million. Seems like a wash for now. Lets hope we get some smokin good contracts.
