Thanks for taking the time to have this Q&A session. There is no doubt in my mind that this was a well coordinated and well planned short attack against SX, via a naked short strategy.

My questions are:

1.    What implementations and/or strategy will SX use to circumvent the future possible threats of this nature.

2.     There seems to be a lot of uneasiness with the LOI and “non-binding” of this agreement. Among many concerns I have, my biggest question/concern is to how the Chinese government is responding/allowing of a significant technology to be taken over by a "foreign" entity.

3.    What is the appeal of the TSXV and CSE as a vehicle of listing. I have noticed the exchanges being used by prominent companies/individuals for listing. Mike Novagratz and Riot blockchain (US influence) among others are using reverse takeovers (RTO) on Canadian Exchanges to gain access to market. It would appear that Tiande is following the same path. Why the TSXV and/or CSE?

4.    The ole Alberta club were rather boisterous on social networks with their “hyper" beliefs in this technology/company to include a previous insider touting his owning of "millions"of shares in SX. Has SX spoken with this previous insider or were they part of a corporate lead promotional campaign that eventually attracted this short attack. I've noticed these individuals on twitter are now using a block and follow by request, to gain access to their tweets.

5.    Future financing will be important to SX/Zeu to include a need for expanding the shareholder base in qualifying for listing. Has SX/Zeu considered a private financing plan similar to what the Green Organic Dutchman (TGOD) used in the MJ sector. If not, what is the planned approach/time frame being considered, should this agreement become "binding"

6.    What is the position of the CSE with respect to policy 8-Fundamental Change of business. Does a set-up of a subsidiary prevent invoking policy 8 on SX?
