1.) Comment on specific downside risks to SX's business plan... the same for ZeU's business plan

2.) Provide commentary to different options being considered for how current SX shareholders will be recognized - rewarded when ZeU goes public... for example no dilution of current SX shares o/s; for every SX share held, xx shares of ZeU given to shareholders, etc.
