Can you verfiy the Beneficial Ownership Date:

The May 23, 2018 Compushare Notification indicates: Beneficial Ownership "Determination" Date is June 5, 2018

There are however subsequent other dates in July 2018 and later (ex: Meeting date July 5 for example as well as dates after this) that are out there in the marketplace

I am looking for clarification / certainty for:

a.) the last effective day that a shareholder of record holding SX on that date will be entitled to receive the 8:1 SX:ZEU share awarding

b.) the probability that this transference of shares will be recognized as a special dividend by CRA / IRS / etc.
