This is really two separated questions :)

Fair Valuation: this is not something we can answer, past the value the auditors are able to calculate in our Financial Statements.  Too many intangibles and regulations would force us to spend hundred of thousand of dollars with independant valuation firm and we would probably still not be allowed to divulge it without a significant amount of warning and red hearings.

Battery: This is almost 2 questions also. We have no business development contact with battery manufacturers past request for information (on both part). So far, serious manufacturers seem to be keeping a large database of industry participants (including us and ICM for example) on which they keep a watch, but nothing more.
