Well, for a few reasons. Firstly, as a producer being valued at about $50 per ounce situ seems really cheap to me! Secondly the primary mine has a head grade of about 5g/t. Thirdly the TAYLOR mine will be a real cash cow in the future once it comes on line. Forthly Lakeshore Gold LSG has about 400 million o/s shares and about the same quantity in resources and its costs are higher and its MC is more than double of SAS.
