Star has the exclusive, world-wide license to utilize the ISMS technology covered by patents in Canada, the US, Britain and elsewhere. That license provides that the patent owner may take steps to protect the patent from infringement, either with or without Star. We understand that possible infringements are being  currently investigated by the patent holder and that action will be taken if warranted. Star will obviously cooperate with the patent owner to the fullest extent.

In the meantime, the reorganization of management functions and accountability, including the addition of senior level sales support,  is continuing, as are R&D activities. Products and services currently under development or refinement will be announced when commercially ready.
