An RFP was received from an existing STAR-A.D.S. ® System customer respecting two additional Systems for fleet installation.

Discussions have reached the final documentation stage with respect to two helicopter-based air ambulance companies. The Company expects the agreements to be finalized next month for the commercial launch of the STAR-ISAMM™ (MEDEVAC) system.

Management has also been significantly engaged in dealing with management succession discussions during the month.
