Gentlemen

In the interest of accuracy, it may be pertinent to note that the 2.3mil is being OFFERED, not even close to being realized. In other words if it aint done till the fat lady sings, let's just say that she's not even on stage yet. Also, given the 2009 forecast, the amount in question seems a paltry sum, nowhere what is required to sustain the burn rate. Am I the only one a little worried here about the capital position of this Company?
