I have heard rumours that Seymour Schulich had been introducing this project to some very close friends and business partners. This could very well be who was buying or for that matter who continues to buy? Has anyone else heard this rumour? It would make sense that if Mr. Schulich likes this project so much that he would try to take it to friends and business associates. With Schulich's past investment record, I would think that friends would watch closely what he is investing in?
