The Chinese could easily do that, they are buying into a lot of mines right now and that it my worry. Taking a 20% interest in Rio with just one company. What is to stop the Chinese from buying up to 10% under 4 or 5 different companies? Then with control they could do what they like with the project. They don't play ball like the rest of the world, they see something that they want and they go out and get it. They are being very smart right now IMO as things will turn around and when it does China will be sitting there as the global leader. This downturn has worked very well in their favour.
