Agreed Jerry, I don't think they should be losing sight of what they have. If in fact Seymour Schulich is keeping all his shares, why not get him out talking to people. This is a resource that they have not used properly IMO. He is very well connected and could hit the phones and create a buzz around SRU. He could hit the press and say why he remains a staunch supporter of of this company. Seymour Schulich moves markets, we all laid witness to that a couple years ago when he got involved in this project.
You hit the nail on the head with out of the box thinking, they need to do more of this IMO. Get some news out, tell the market what is going on within the company. Money will be an issue but at the same time you can do things that do not cost a whole lot. The management and board members could be hitting the phones, talking to analysts can go a long way with little to no cost. Another easy way to help out is to GET SOME INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE!! Give us all the info that you are sitting on, you are doing no one any favours by sitting on it. Let the information flow!
What I don't like to see is this company's SP sitting in the 15 cent level when all the other stocks are moving up. In fact we have gone down on the big days since the early to mid March time frame. The market is up, what, 20% yet we have gone down at the same time? This does not reflect well on management's ability to increase shareholder value. This non-movement leads me to believe that they are going to be looking at a reverse split.
I want to know what the company is doing whith the metallurgical system, I think they should be able to update that. All we have heard is that they have talked to an engineering company about building the pilot plant. Well, at what stage are they at with this, is it being built? Do they have the money to do this? This is thee most important part of this project and this system will be what it takes for majors to take this project seriously so why not keep the market up to speed about it??
Maybe SRU could hire me to do some IR for them? lol I would make sure to keep everyone informed on what the company is up to!
