I do believe Scotia is holding us down. If you look at trading over the last week you will see Scotia doing all the buying at 16 cents. They have a large sell at 17 cents for 200,000 which has not been touched. So they have the wall set up so that they can sit and accumulate at 16 cents, which is just what they have been doing.
