Statboss, on Agora you can use the rules of the forum if you believe someone has violated an Agora rule. In the bottom right hand side you can click on "report violation". When you do this you can state your complaint or what violation has been committed. The violation will be seen by the moderators of this hub along with Agoracom from there it will be decided what to do with the post/poster.

If you have disagreements with a poster that are not violations of the rules then that is where the "off topic" forum is used and/or private messages.
