Looks like this week is going to rank in there with one of the top weeks of all time with STCA's weekly volume at 593k. The only other week I can see higher is 7/4/2004 with 599k.

The week of 7/4/2004 saw a low of .62 to a high of .725. I would expect a little resistance at that level if there are still investors holding from then. Of course that all depends on news and lord knows this stock is in need of it badly. Would be nice if STCA would get someone who could get their earnings out on time.
