It's up on china news withgrowth at 7-8 percent...so can it make it thru 3 bucks....some forcasts topped at 3 , some were at 3.25 area...or do we correct from here...any thoughts? The stocks are holding but not giving up any hint other than somewhat of poor perf. on coppers last small rises.
