well it's got vol....a breakout on vol.....it's holding support....but they did rein it in awful fast....see if .64 holds I guess..and poss the break of .70 now as a poss. green light.It will need to make a hh past .76 to garner a better run. This has a rs pending , and not sure when that takes effect but it could be strong after that...they seem to be getting the contracts now....but likely your're interested only st term as i am at this point.
