Chris - Thanks for posting that article. I think the new ETF will lift all boats in the junior resource sector.

I can't figure out how they launch a new ETF like this. Do they buy a quantity of stocks, come up with a price, without knowing how popular it would be? Would they have already bought these shares, or would they have to wait for the launch? It's a mystery to me - does anyone out there know how this works?
