Can't see any news... nice spike into res....your're right about political turmoil...Chavez has sucked the blood out of this play.......well if there's some good news you could put a decent target on that but if it's just an oversold bounce ..........if it holds .40 maybe it can take out .62 and then there might be someting there....hard to tell what's driving this
