Not sure how to answer this...transactions are archived by my broker which i can access by computer, backed up by written trans. sent to me the following day which I enter into a binder for disemination at year end for taxes.....I have a master scribbler beside me that I log every buy and sell immediately...so multipe backups in my case.....as far as potential buys...post it notes and a scribbler for sure...but I also have real time charts which I have 15 headings with ability to have up to 75 stocks for each heading....so immediate access to many charts...hope this is what you were asking.
