I saw that befor M.....and thought the same...if there was a sale coming down the chute why haven't they made market aquisitions...not sure....it's def. not a rule of thumb....heck I've seen and insider sell 200k of a stock before it went up 10 fold in the bull market past......maybe one of the others can give some more insight...but to me.....it's not indicitive of doubting the co.......
