Zelman & Associates just released their November housing survey, first paragraph summary:
"Feedback from our November survey suggests broad-based weakness in market conditions, with orders, absorptions, pricing, and sentiment all exhibiting deterioration versus October. Specifically, our homebuilder sentiment index showed the greatest level of sequential deterioration since December 2008, while our pricing index revealed renewed pressures following four months of stability. In addition, orders and absorptions both fell sharply as compared to October, implying a greater-than-seasonal slowdown."
