VANCOUVER, Dec. 18 /CNW/ - Continental Minerals Corporation ("Continental" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: KMK; OTCBB: KMKCF) announces that Mr. Wang Fuyu has tendered his resignation from the Company's Board. The Company understands that Mr. Wang, who is the director nominee of Jinchuan Group Ltd. (a 12% shareholder in the Company), has resigned to pursue other interests.
