yes peter did but he also stated that his long term out look was still intacked to the upside. I chose to stick with HRA on this on at the moment because they had me in the stock even before peter did and have a great argument why it is worth more. the sqi i am looking at is trading at .42. i think u must be looking at something else for it to be dipping to .7.
