gdmn - what in the world is going on?

I can't figure out what in the world is going on with GDMN that trades on the pink sheets here in the states but is really a Canadian company. It is up over 16% today and the Canadian exchanges are closed. I know this doesn't have much of a float but still seems puzzling to me. I only wished had bought more. I put in a stink bid at $8.25 this am but obviously that is going no where! Anyone else falling this stock?
