I think Eastmain might be one of Peter' picks for the gold it seems to have, but they announced in the last few weeks that they also have tellurium, Tellurium is not classified as a rare earth mineral, however, it is not found in large quantities that I am aware of, and is used in solar panels, First Solar is the largest user of Tellurium I believe.
