McCaughan on CNBC believes investing in commodities is very dangerous

Jim MCCaughan on CNBC right now says that he thinks that investing in commodities including metals, oil and gold is very dangerous to engage in 2010. Instead believes in the stock market and that with the carry trade coming off there will be moves into the general equity market. He things the US is as good as any place to be. The headline under his name said Global Investments Credit Suisse Asset Management CEO. Boy if he is right many of us on this here board are in trouble. Squawkers said he managed $20 billion in assets. Has anyone here heard of him?
