i like those thoughts and the optumisum. ill certainly work at my part and try to contribute in a productive way.

i had an idea the other day and i dont know if it would work well on a hub but a group i was watching brought 3 juniors to the table each meeting and discused them and voted to come out with their pick for the meeting. i thought it was an interesting concept and encourages digging deeper and finding why u like one stock more then another and explaining it to the group. just an idea. i already like the hub but i thought it was a good idea.
