According to the email I receive today from the President of Evergreen Bank (not personal just one of his minions), this was from one of the Chinese Soverign funds....his opinion this was just Chinese speak to prevent the dollar (hopefully for them0 from falling further since they currently hold so many.....at least until the chinese have a chance to get out.
