from what i've read confiscation from the private sector would be difficult for obvious reasons....but not from etf/hedge funds.......this is just garnered from articles I've read in the past. I really don't have a clue if it really would or could ever happen, but I was surprised to hear about Vietnam and now this talk about limitations. The gov't has to be worried about something.
