Cash has a certain comfort level doesn't it? We're currently experiencing either a very weak bounce or the beginning of a bottoming process. Barring something big, I'm going to wait for the AAII survey on Thursday morning before doing too much. Bullish levels were quite extreme just before the pullback. If this week's survey is still bullish, I'm going to raise as much cash as I can ASAP.
