Mirasol investor Tognetti adds to shareholdings

Mr. John Tognetti reports

John Tognetti of 2000, 400 Burrard St., Vancouver, B.C., has acquired ownership of 250,000 common shares of Mirasol Resources Ltd. representing approximately 0.8 per cent of the issuer's issued and outstanding common shares.

After this acquisition, Mr. Tognetti owns 4,756,500 common shares in the capital of the Issuer representing approximately 14.8 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the issuer and owns and/or exercises control or direction over warrants entitling the purchase of an aggregate 474,600 common shares in the capital of the issuer, or, assuming exercise of the warrants, an aggregate 5,231,100 common shares of the issuer or 16.1 per cent of the issuer's issued and outstanding common shares on a partially diluted basis. The 250,000 common shares were acquired for investment purposes by Mr. Tognetti through the TSX Venture Exchange at a per share price of $2.13. Mr. Tognetti intends to evaluate these holdings and to increase or decrease his investment in the Issuer as circumstances warrant.
