Susan - I think Soros is being misinterpreted. By saying that gold is the ultimate bubble, he is looking to the future - after all, it has lagged most commodities over the last decade. I think his views on gold are actually quite similar to Peter G. The bubble may be coming... Someone please tell me if I'm the one who misinterpreted what he said.

Just as an aside, it's always best to separate personal feelings or politics from investing/trading. If someone has a good investing record, he's worth listening to. And if the argument makes sense, even more so. Whatever one thinks of Soros personally or his politics, he has an amazing record when it comes to speculating. I will always listen to anyone who can make billions doing that.
