Bulls 29.2 (down 5.8) Bears 43.1 (up 6.4). Overall, this is positive for the market in general. The problem is, the survey was done Jan 27 to Feb 3, so we don't really know how small investors reacted to the up move this week. They were obviously bearish late Jan, and if they stayed bearish during the up move, that would be good - just no way of telling.

Real mixed technical signals lately - market internals turned positive Tues, but negative yesterday. I'm staying half in, half out until tomorrow's jobs report. Perhaps some clarity then.
