The Russell 2000 is almost back up to its Jan high, and several of the Canadian banks (CIBC, BMO, TD) broke out of a long trading range. So far, our current rally has been stronger than I had expected. This has the potential to make new highs in a lot of indicies before long. Hopefully, the PMs will soon join the party (They should).
