I need opinions on this trust, I have used it as a parking place in the past and would like to do so again. It has a fairly good payout and has even rose in value since the last time I used it. The question is, does this trust have a risk factor if it converts back, and how hard will it get hit. I would appreciate any and all opinions. Thanks.
