Thanks everyone for the kind words.
Now let's make some $$$$. LOL!! SQI took off without me today, and it sounds like some other people too. What can you do??
Chris or Klaus, or anyone else with a technical view, what do you make of the continued new highs for SQI. Any chance of a pull back to the high $.30 range??
Klaus, what are your internals telling you now. We are sitting at a real cross-roads, are we not. Which way are you betting the markets will go from this 12,000 TSX level. Thanks
I keep CRC and CXX on my watch, and also wonder about them. CXX at $.19 will be a buy for me, as long as it wasn't on any crazy news. I have gone in and out of that position a few times. In at $.19, out at $.23 or so within a month or so. And then wait for $.19 again, and so on. That was one of the one's I found easy to trade.
ATW had a nice bounce finally the other day, but trying to guess the bottom on that one would have cut deep, several times over. Anyone know why it is moving. It went another 34% today.
I have also been watching NDR, a play I mentioned way back. I had a small position at a DCA of $.10, and sold at $.16 (yeehaw, my last trade, before I moved what was left out of my cash account.) Right after that it ran to almost $.30. Now at $.18. It's a gold play in the FDN (Fruta del Norte) gold deposit region (adjacent to Kinross's gold deposit) of Peru and Ecudor. They have 6 of 10 Titles confirmed, and waiting for the word on the other 4 to come out soon, and then start permitting for drilling. Two other juniors are drilling in the same area, EC and DRI, and they are moving up quite nicely, on some nice assays. Anyone have any thoughts or input on these plays.
There are also the Stewart area plays of northern B.C. MTB and DEC, that I keep my eye on. I still have some shares of both, but they were the last ones to take the winds out of my sails. They have really fallen off through the none drilling season (winter), but I suspect them to pick up this summer again. The Redcliff drill results last year were pretty good, and if they can continue to find the goods again this year, look out. DEC hit $1.70 last summer, and is now $.24. MTB hit in the low $.40's, and is now $.14. Any ideas or thoughts are always welcome.
I have basically submitted to the markets and after a lot of thought, figured I had better start to listen more closely to the stock's Peter picks. It still makes my laugh (I really mean cry) when I look back at the stock's I played around with last year that Peter suggested, but didn't hold onto them.
HBM in at $6.00, now $13.35
FNX in at $5.50, now $14.70
NDM in at $7.50, now $9.50
PPN in at $.70, now $1.25
HW in at $5.00, now $10.32
and the ONE THAT GOT AWAY!!! NCU in at $.24, now at $3.24. WHY??? WHY??? did I sell!!!
This is a tough game. When to buy, when to sell, when to hold, when to walk away.
