sounds like Peter's trying to put a floor under this....it is getting os but could still falter. It is also getting well below what thy are trying to issue financing at so either it's a buy or they have to lower the price for financing...........it's drooped out of a decending wedge on the daily so watch for any move back inside the wedge for a poss. reversal...jmo....downside could be 1-1.10 area if it doesn't turn
